Carmel Arts & Design District Merchants Celebrate Valentines Day
Carmel, IN – The merchants and businesses of the Carmel Arts & Design District are celebrating the Valentine’s Day holiday throughout the month of February with special sales, promotions and/or Valentine-related arts and craft classes. Visitors looking for the perfect present can find traditional gifts such as floral arrangements from the local florist, or jewelry from a number of boutiques and shops. Some local artists are offer custom oil or pastel portraits of loved ones as a unique gift idea.
Families can participate in fun activities for children and youth with several merchants scheduling Valentine-themed craft classes, and a “Family Fun” concert from the Carmel Symphony Orchestra taking place the weekend prior to the Valentine’s Day holiday. The nearby bed and breakfast provides a more secluded get-away for visitors with chocolates and fresh flowers in every room.

The Arts & Design District, concentrated in Carmel’s Old Town area, houses a mix of cultural amenities including galleries, shops, upscale boutiques, cafes, restaurants and residences to form a unique atmosphere and anchor of attraction in the community. The heart of the District is located at the intersection of Main Street and Range Line Road.
