Muldoon’s to Relocate in Old Town Carmel
Carmel, IN – The Carmel Redevelopment Commission (CRC) and Muldoon’s have reached an agreement with respect to the relocation of this popular Carmel restaurant to the new development in Old Town being constructed by AMLI. Muldoon’s will be out of its current location by September 30, 2003 at the latest.

“We’re pleased that we could reach an agreement with Muldoon’s to facilitate their move to the Old Town development. This will provide them with a brand new facility from which to carry on the traditions of their restaurant while allowing the City Center project to proceed with planned construction of a new retail building,” said Ed Burke, CRC vice president.

“The AMLI residential and retail development in Old Town area will be a perfect home for Muldoon’s. We are excited that so many residential properties and the Monon Trail will be within walking distance of the restaurant. We hope that many new customers will discover us at this new location while our regulars will follow us north from our old location to Old Town,” said ________________________, of Muldoon’s.

CRC is a five-member group responsible for overseeing the City's redevelopment projects. The CRC is responsible for the redevelopment efforts of both the Old Town and City Center projects. In addition, the CRC manages other public-private partnerships where city land is being redeveloped to improve economic growth of targeted areas of Carmel. The Mayor and City Council appoint members of the CRC. Current members include Ed Burke, Ron Carter, John Koven and Rick Sharp.
