Spring Scavenger Hunt
Please start the scavenger hunt at ArtSplash Gallery at 111 W. Main st Suite 140. Pick up your clue sheet and visit all of the galleries to answer your clues. When you are finished, come back to the ArtSplash to pick up your thank you gift and to be entered into our fabulous drawing. The winner will receive a package for a great night in Carmel a pair of tickets to “Little Foxes” performed by the Carmel Community Players and a gift certificate for Bazbeaux Pizza! Runners up will receive one of many wonderful district prizes including a hand-painted egg from Valentina Shvrykova or a set of coasters with art photography from Marie Reamer both from the ArtSplash Gallery.

Cindy Cradler
Cradler Cradler
Joining ArtSplash Gallery in March is new member Cindy Cradler. Cindy is primarily a still life and portrait oil painter. She also works in graphite and colored pencil, because they allow for the extremely fine detail that she enjoys. Cindy takes portrait commissions in several mediums. Cindy is an Indiana Artisan member, and has exhibited in the Carmel International Arts Festival, Talbot Street Art Fair, Penrod Art Fair, and other venues in the region

Jason Bennett

Jason Bennett has received many awards including a Presidential Scholarship from the White House and merit award from the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts. He has exhibited at the Smithsonian Portrait Gallery, Miami Art Museum and the Milwaukee Art Museum. His work can be found in the collections of David Bohnett (Bohnett Foundation) and William Blanches, retired N.F.A.A. President.

Tom Leighton
Tom Leighton has recently shown at The Annenberg Space for Photography in LA & took part in the MTV RE:DEFINE exhibition & Auction at the Goss Michael Foundation in Dallas, Texas.

Nick Veasey
Nick Veasey is the recipient of many photographic and design awards including IPA Lucie Awards, AOP, Graphis, Communication Arts, Applied Arts, PX3 and awards from the D&AD also being nominated for the IPA Lucie International Photographer of the Year 2008. He was responsible for X-raying the largest X-ray to date, a life size Boeing 777 jet, which currently resides upon a hangar at Logan Airport, Boston USA.

Rick Bennett
Rick Bennett
Eye On Art Gallery will feature the new paintings by Rick Bennett for the April Gallery Walk in the Carmel Arts and Design District. Bennett is a nationally known artist whose works reside in over one-hundred public, academic, corporate, and private collections. His works are included in collections as far west as Los Angeles and as far east as New York City. Bennett’s works have been exhibited in nine solo shows and numerous national juried competitions. The artist’s oil paintings have received many national and regional awards and prizes including, in 2001, the Wiesberg award for realist painting and, in 2003, the Norman Kolhepp award for painting. Bennett holds an M.F.A. degree from Indiana University and is a professor of art and art history at Hanover College.

Nikko Minichiello, an Abstract Painter, has joined Susan Mauck at French Bleu. Nikko offers classes & workshops. Oil Paintings, Acrylic, and also mixed media are available for purchase. Grand Opening of the Olive Mill Friday and Saturday April 12th and 13th
Located at the southwest corner of Range Line Road and Main Street.
We carry all Extra Virgin Olive Oils from all over the globe. We also carry a large selection of Balsamic Vinegars. We have a couple lines of Olive oil soaps and lotions. We also carry many stuffed olives, olive tapenades and serving pieces such as cruets and dipping bowls to use with our olive oils and balsamics. We will have a line of unique spices and spice blends as well.

Sylvia Gray is an Indiana Artisan artist  who paints  beautifully on silk. She frequently can be see giving demonstrations of her art and we are lucky enough to have her visiting with us at the April Gallery Walk
