Artisan Masterpiece will be offering 30% off all Christmas pottery on Saturdays, December 6th, 13th & 20th from 1-6 p.m. Children, adults and families can come in and paint Christmas pottery and get 30% off each piece that is painted.

Pre-CHRISTMAS “DROP AND SHOP” CAMP SESSIONS
“Drop” the kids off for a fun session of arts and crafts while you “shop” for the afternoon.
As an extension to our summer arts and crafts camps, Artisan Masterpiece is now offering AM sessions and PM sessions during winter holidays. Half-day sessions are $35 and full-day sessions are $ 60. If your child is signed up for half-day sessions, please have them bring a snack. If your child is signed up for a full-day session, please have them bring a snack and lunch. You can register your child by calling 818-0774.
- Sunday, December 21 - 1:00pm – 4:00pm session – Children will make a beaded/jeweled bracelet as a gift for mom, paint and then embellish (glitter, jewels, etc.) a 4x4x4 treasure box as a gift for dad and paint 1 holiday ornament using acrylic paints. All craft items will then be wrapped by your child as a “surprise” for Hanukah or Christmas.
- Monday, December 22 - 1:00pm – 4:00pm session – Children will paint and embellish a picture frame for dad. Then they will design, glue, grout and paint a mosaic holiday hot plate for mom. These gifts will then be wrapped by your child as a “surprise’ gift for Hanukah or Christmas.
Artists Window Fine Art Gallery
(part of the Carmel Gallery Collective)
The Artist's Window Fine Art Gallery is featuring small works of art priced for gift-giving: miniature oil paintings, etchings, pen and ink drawings and pastels.
Blue Egg Gallery
Blue Egg Gallery features a display by artist calligrapher Erika Woods. Her "Sacred Words" pieces include originals, prints and cards perfect for inspiration and giving this holiday season.

Carmel Clay Historical Society
Holiday Home Tour - December 5 and 6, 2008
The Society’s annual holiday home tour occurs the first weekend of December. Friday evening tours begin with a fine dinner at 6:00 p.m. followed by a live auction of donated pieces from local businesses and artists. Tours on Saturday include both morning tours at 10 and 11 a.m. and afternoon tours at 1 and 2 p.m. as well as Hors d’oeuvres tours at 5:30 p.m.
The four homes to be visited include late 19th or early 20th century architecture and are furnished with antiques true to the period of the home, and newer homes featuring fine antique collections and reproductions which transport visitors to an earlier time period. Local history is part of the narration given during the tours and ticket holders ride small busses along the tour route.

Tickets will go on sale on October 12 to CCHS members and to the public on November 1.

Museum of Miniature Houses
Plan to visit the Museum of Miniature Houses for their 4th annual Candlelight Tour, to be held Saturday, December 13th from 5 until 8 pm. On this very special evening, the Museum's will be decorated for the holidays, and visitors can enjoy beautiful holiday miniature displays and collections by candlelight! Refreshments will be served. Admission to this special event is $3.00 per person (adult or child). Visitors can purchase advance sale tickets for the event at the Museum, or upon their arrival at the Candlelight Tour. The Museum is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm, and Sunday from 1 pm to 4 pm. Daily admission is $4.00 for individuals over the age of 10, $2.00 for those under the age of 10.
